Terms of Engagement

Acceptance

By requesting or attending a desk session with APIs Integrations (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you book on behalf of an entity, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.

Services

We provide in-person desktop risk review sessions focused on concentration checks, liquidity notes, and exit-threshold planning. Sessions are advisory and educational in character relative to your own holdings discussion. We do not provide brokerage, custody, discretionary management, legal advice, or tax advice unless a separate written engagement expressly says so.

Appointments & materials

Desk dates are confirmed in writing (including email). You are responsible for the accuracy of holdings information you supply. We may decline or reschedule a sitting if materials arrive too late to prepare adequately.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, templates, and written summaries we produce remain our intellectual property; you receive a licence to use session outputs for your internal decision-making. You may not resell our materials or present them as a regulated research product.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, we are not liable for investment losses, missed trades, or decisions you take after a session. Our aggregate liability arising from a sitting is limited to the fees paid for that sitting, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Confidentiality

We treat your holdings information as confidential and use it to prepare and deliver the session. See our Privacy notice for data handling details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our sessions, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force on the date of your confirmed sitting applies to that sitting.
