Liquidity Notes Session

Document how quickly each sleeve can be turned to cash — and who needs to know if markets thin out.

Purpose

Liquidity notes are the pages someone else can open when you are travelling or markets turn thin. This sitting writes those notes with you — sleeve by sleeve — without pretending every holding trades like a blue-chip.

Included

  • Classification of holdings into practical liquidity bands you define together
  • Cash-buffer commentary tied to known outflows (fees, drawings, commitments)
  • A notes pack formatted for a binder or shared folder
  • Flags where concentration and liquidity collide

Excluded

Ongoing market monitoring, brokerage arrangements, and formal valuation opinions.

Process

We start from your concentration marks if you already have them; otherwise we take a lighter concentration pass first. Then we draft notes aloud, revise wording until a colleague could follow them, and leave space for dates you will revisit.

Fee

From HK$3,200 for two hours. Pairing with the Concentration Desk Review on the same day is available when the book warrants both.
