How a desktop risk review station runs from arrival to written notes — and what to bring to Connaught Road West.
The desk is the service setting: one table, worksheets, and enough quiet to finish concentration marks, liquidity notes, or exit thresholds without a waiting room of distractions.
Before you arrive
- Confirm your sitting type and length
- Send a holdings list (CSV, PDF statement, or clear photo of a printed page)
- Name any house limits you already use — even informal ones
- Note if a second decision-maker will attend
At the station
Settle & open the book
Tea or water, introductions, and a five-minute outline of what must be finished before you leave. Phones stay aside unless you need a live price for a liquidity example.
Marks on paper
Concentration piles, liquidity bands, or exit ladders — depending on the sitting — are drafted on worksheets first. Screens support; paper decides.
Challenge the comfortable lines
We push on limits that exist only because the book grew into them. Disagreement is useful; the final mark is yours.
Close with notes you keep
You leave with a summary page and any detailed notes agreed in the session. We do not retain custody of your statements beyond preparation and the sitting itself, per our privacy practice.
What the room is not
