Purposes
- Responding to booking requests and scheduling desk sessions
- Preparing concentration, liquidity, or exit-threshold reviews
- Issuing invoices and maintaining business records
- Improving site performance where analytics cookies are accepted
- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations applicable in Hong Kong
Legal bases
Where Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) applies, we process personal data for the purposes above as necessary to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate business interests in operating the desk (balanced against your rights), or with your consent where required (including non-essential cookies).
Retention
Contact and booking records are typically kept for up to seven years for accounting and dispute purposes. Holdings materials supplied for a sitting are retained only as long as needed to deliver the session and any agreed follow-up, then deleted or returned on request, unless a longer retention is required by law or a dispute. Browser consent preferences remain in local storage until you clear them.
Sharing
We use service providers who support email, hosting, or accounting under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by Hong Kong law or competent authorities.
International transfers
If tools or processors store data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate under the PDPO to protect the data, including contractual safeguards where applicable. You may contact us for more detail about specific transfers relevant to your engagement.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPO, you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, email contact@apisintegrations.digital. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong, regarding unresolved concerns.
Children
Our services are directed to adults making investment and household capital decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
