Rates reflect time at the desk and the complexity of the book — not a subscription or a package ladder.
Fees are quoted in Hong Kong dollars and charged per sitting. Exact totals depend on holdings line count, number of entities, and whether reviews are combined on the same day.

What moves a quote
- Multi-entity books or trust wrappers that need separate concentration maps
- Thinly traded names that require longer liquidity discussion
- Same-day pairing of concentration and exit planning (discounted versus two separate bookings when scheduled together)
- Evening slots after 18:00 by arrangement
Deposits
A 30% deposit holds the desk date. The balance is due on the day of the sitting. See Refunds & Cancellations for timing rules.
What fees do not cover
Brokerage, custody, execution, or third-party valuations. We invoice only for review time and the written notes produced in the session.
